Do I need a consultation first?

Yes, a consultation is recommended for new clients to determine fit.

How do I begin?

Begin by completing a brief consultation form. After submission, you will receive a link to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 53 minutes.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

All sessions are conducted online via secure video (Google Meet). A meeting link is provided after scheduling.

How often do we meet?

Frequency varies based on your needs, though sessions are typically weekly for the first 4 to 8 weeks before reassessment.

What is your fee?

The standard fee is $200 per session. Limited sliding scale options may be available for individuals who believe this work is a strong fit but may need financial flexibility. Please reach out to discuss.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am currently in-network with Aetna for California telehealth services.
Once you schedule your consultation, I will verify your eligibility and benefits before your first appointment.

Do you provide superbills?

Yes, a superbill can be provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

How do I pay?

Payment is made through the secure access page where ongoing scheduling is available.

How do I schedule a session?

If we determine good fit following consultation, you will receive a link to an access page where you can schedule ongoing sessions and complete intake and consent forms.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Otherwise, the full session fee applies.

How soon can I get an appointment?

Availability varies and can be viewed once you are granted access to the scheduling calendar.
